Return policy
All sales are final. Grey Room deals in vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, and each item is photographed and measured before it ships. Review all images, measurements, and condition notes before purchasing, and reach out with questions before you buy.
Exception: if an item arrives with a defect not disclosed in the listing, or the wrong item is sent, contact greyroomgreyroom@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos. Confirmed errors on our end will be resolved with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Shipping Policy
All orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way. Grey Room isn't responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once handed to the courier.
